Refund Policy

All membership fees paid to AWCRA are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, fees paid for monthly or annual membership subscriptions, setup fees, administration fees, and any other charges associated with your membership.

AWCRA offers a 3 Months Free Trial for new members.

No payment is taken during the trial period.

If you do not wish to continue as a member, simply let your trial expire and no charges will apply.

By subscribing, you authorize AWCRA to charge the applicable membership fee at the time of purchase and on each renewal date.

Memberships automatically renew at the end of the current term.

You will be notified in advance of the renewal date and the applicable fee.

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term.

No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Please note: cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current term.

As all fees are non-refundable, exceptions will not be made for change of mind, unused membership, or partial use of services.

AWCRA reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
